We're a brand-new foundation with a bold mission — and we're looking for the first wave of volunteers to help us build this from the ground up. If you believe in showing up and serving others with dignity, there's a place for you here.
You don't need special qualifications. You just need a willing heart and a desire to help others find their way. Many of our best volunteers will be people who have been through hard times themselves and want to give back.
As a founding volunteer, you'll have a direct hand in shaping how we serve our community — from running programs to distributing food to building community online.

Help facilitate peer-led sessions, assist with logistics, and provide hands-on support during Operation Restore programs.

Sort, organize, and distribute food and essentials at TRB Hope Pantry. Help families around Anderson, AL get what they need with dignity.
Online Community
Moderate TRiBe Hope online spaces, welcome new members, and help maintain a safe, supportive digital community.
Fundraising & Events
Help plan and execute fundraising events, community outreach, and awareness campaigns that fuel our mission.
Local Outreach
Connect with local organizations, churches, and community groups to expand our reach and impact in Northwest Alabama and far beyond.
Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, communications, social media, and other behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the foundation running.
