3. Eligibility
- Participating high schools only
- Student must be graduating senior
- Must enroll in accredited institution
- Void where prohibited

5. Voting & Point System
5A. Scoring Structure
Schools earn points through:
A. Social Media Entries
- Each qualifying Facebook or Instagram post = 5 points
- Must be public and include #ViralKindnessChallenge plus the official school hashtag
- Must depict or describe an act of kindness
- Spam, duplicate, or low-quality entries may be removed

B. Online Voting
- Each verified vote = 1 point (per email address, per day)
- Votes must be submitted through the official voting page
- Duplicate or fraudulent votes may be removed
5B. Fraud Enforcement
Sponsor may:
- Remove fake votes or posts
- Adjust totals after audit
- Disqualify schools or participants
6. Timeline
Ends March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.
7. Winning School
Highest verified total points wins.
8. Student Selection
Winning school selects student based on:
- Kindness
- Leadership
- Character
- Community impact
9. Notification & Redemption
School submits selection form (form provided upon winning school notification) to: [email protected]

10. Award Details
- $2,000 total
- $250 per semester ($500/year)
- Paid directly to institution
- Stackable with other aid
11. Disbursement Conditions
- Must remain enrolled
- Enrollment verified each term
12. Conduct & Revocation
Scholarship may be revoked for:
- Criminal behavior
- Misconduct
- False information
13. Minor Consent
Parent/guardian consent required if under 18.
14. Tax Disclaimer
Recipient responsible for any tax implications.
15. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor not responsible for:
- Technical failures
- Invalid votes
- School selection decisions
16. Publicity Release
Permission granted for promotional use.
17. Force Majeure
Sponsor not liable for uncontrollable events.
18. Modification
Sponsor may modify or terminate contest at any time.
